She received the flowers, but i was very dissapointed, it supposed to be a luxury basket, with beautiful flowers, but it was just a simple basket with normal flowers and i paid 40 pounds for it.... i was expecting to be better for this money...

I was impressed with the delivery. I booked mid morning and the flowers were with the recipients by lunchtime. The couple were delighted with the arrangement. So well done on all counts.
